Getting Started

Fluix is a software that helps companies to go paperless and automate their processes.

Once your account is set up by your company administrator, you will receive an invitation letter to proceed. Your login password can be generated by you or your company admin. You can log in to Fluix from your iPad, iPhone, or web browser on your computer.

If you choose iPad or iPhone, download the Fluix app from the AppStore (or MDM if used by your company) and log in to the app using your email and password. To log in via web browser, proceed to https://login.fluix.io

Once logged in, you’ll see the list of tabs with folders. Depending on your company setup, the tabs may vary.

With Fluix you can easily fill out and sign PDFs, make annotations, submit documents to the next step, capture customer signatures, etc.

This guide provides tips on how to use Fluix, manage documents and how to troubleshoot in case something goes wrong. We are always glad to hear your feedback and ideas at support@fluix.io.

What is User App

You can access Fluix not only from iOS devices, but also from any web browser.

Log in with your Fluix credentials to fluix.io and start working on your documents:

Browsers: Fluix web app is compatible with the majority of web browsers. For best performance, we recommend updating your browsers to the latest versions.

Annotations are visible in web app, but it’s not possible to make them.

Document conflict : As Fluix can be accessed via iPad, iPhone and any web browser, it’s important to work with a file on one device at a time and make sure to save changes before switching to another platform. Otherwise, a conflict of documents might occur.
