1. What plan do I need?
Starter plan is a great way to begin using Fluix in a relatively small team and automate basic document routing processes, e.g. fill out documents in the field and archive them in the company storage, or to collect client signatures remotely and instantly email the final version to the office and the client.
Core plan is preferred by companies with more advanced business processes that involve approval, control and insights drawn from the collected field data.
Advanced plan is a sophisticated solution for bigger companies with multiple teams that interact with each other, diverse access controls to the account, and large arrays of data to collect and analyze.

2. How does my 30-day free trial work?
Your trial account includes all features and is free for 30 days. No credit card needed, just fill out our trial form and get started. Once you’re ready to roll out and deploy the solution at full speed, enter your billing information on the Fluix Admin Portal at any time, or contact us for assistance.
3. Who is a user and a license?
A user is your team member / colleague who has been added to the Fluix account and uses the product. Each user has one license.
4. What is the minimum number of users?
Fluix is a solution for teams. From our experience teams and businesses with 10+ people benefit from our product the most. 5. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc. We also support wire transfers and ceheques for quarterly and annual billing.
6. How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Drop a line to email@example.com. Your trial account will simply expire in 30 days and be automatically deleted from our system.
