- Introducing Issue Report — instant summaries from your checklists! If enabled by your Fluix admin, Tasks app users can quickly turn completed checklists into clean, ready-to-share reports with no manual copying and pasting.
- You can now use a Table of Contents in your dynamic forms! It’s automatically generated based on the headers, sections, and text that your Fluix admin has set up, so you can quickly jump to any part of the form without endless scrolling.

One-Time Password (OTP) Added to Remote Signatures: January 19th - January 23rd

To improve document security, we’re adding a one-time password (OTP) step to the Send for Signature submit rule.
Why this change matters
The OTP adds an extra layer of protection for documents signed by external recipients. It helps ensure that:
- Only the intended recipient can access the document
- Sensitive information is better protected
- The risk of unauthorized access is reduced
