The Accounts section provides information on all accounts that logged into Fluix on your device.
On top of that, there are details on the last login date and time.
If your company has several accounts in Fluix and you participate in both, you can switch between them.
To log into another account, press Connect New Account and enter the login credentials.
By tapping on the three dots next to your name in the list, you may find additional actions you can do, for example:
To delete an account, tap Remove Account.
To add a photo to your profile, tap Change Profile Photo.
To log out of the current account, tap Log Out. You will then be prompted to log out of the app on this particular device. You will need to provide login credentials to reauthorize the app (log in).

Turning indexing on allows you to search the text in the stored documents. Please note: this feature may slow down performance.
Show last completed/reassigned documents
By default, 500 of the last documents are shown in the Completed and Reassigned tabs. To free space on your device, you can limit the number to 200, 100, 50, or even 0.
Save taken photos to device
By switching it on, you can automatically upload photos taken in Fluix to the Camera Roll on your device.

Highlight links – Displays links differently from normal text
Highlight form fields – Adds a light blue background to each active field
Page tap zones – Lets you turn pages by tapping on the left or right edge of the screen
Show tabs – You’ll be able to see the names of all open documents and switch between them (this feature is active only if configured by your company’s Fluix account admin)
Identity
Author – Type in your name so that it is displayed with every change you make in a PDF
Wrist protection
Off – Disables wrist protection
Right-handed – Set up wrist protection for the right hand
Left-handed – Set up wrist protection for the left hand
Page number indication
Show automatically – Shows page numbers automatically, but will hide it after a couple of seconds
Always – Shows page number always
Never show – Never shows the page number
Certificates
My Signature – Check which digital signature is enabled when signing PDFs with My Signature
Customer Signature – Check which digital signature is enabled when signing PDFs with Customer Signature
Biometric Data Encryption Key – Check which biometric data encryption key certificate is enabled when signing PDFs

The Fluix app can be automatically updated immediately after the new app version becomes available in the App Store. Automatic app updates prevent the app from unexpected performance issues and ensure the latest app versions are delivered to the devices instantly.
In order to activate automatic app update, follow the steps below:
Go to Settings on iPad/iPhone
Scroll down to the App Store
Under the Automatic Downloads section, find AppUpdates and tap the button in the field to enable automatic updates:
Once an app update is available in the App Store, it will be downloaded and installed on your device automatically.

In the Fluix Docs app, when you open the PDF, you may see the ‘aA’ icon at the top. Tap on it to explore additional actions that you may configure to improve your daily work with PDFs. For example:
Zoom
To zoom in, bring your two fingers in a pinch gesture. To zoom in instantly, double-tap on the area of interest.
Control the brightness of the document display.
Moving the toggle towards the right will increase brightness, while moving it towards the left will decrease brightness.
Color themes
These themes improve your reading experience at different times of the day. You may select from three available modes:
Dark
Light
System – will adjust the appearance based on your device settings.
Select a scrolling mode.
Enabling a horizontal scroll allows you to scroll through documents like a book, while disabling it allows vertical scrolls that provide a traditional scrolling experience.
Two pages mode.
In this mode, the Fluix app splits your document into pages and allows you to see more document pages in one go.
Text to speech.
Enable this option to get a voiceover of the data in your form.
Crop mode
Tap on the AA icon to enable or disable ‘Crop mode.’ Fluix will automatically analyze a document and hide the margins by enabling crop mode.
Highlight empty fields
This function highlights the fields that remained empty and shows the number of empty fields. You may use the arrows to switch between the fields.
Show Tabs
Enable this mode to see the other documents you previously opened and switch between them easily.
Navigate a document using outlines.
Tap on the ‘Bookmark’ icon and select ‘Outlines.’ Then select the chapter you are interested in, and tap the arrow to expand it.
Review annotations
To review annotations, click on the ‘Annotations’Â to see a list of all annotations in a PDF.
Search in a document
Click on the search icon and type the word or phrase you would like to find in the form. You will then see a list of results, starting from the current page. Tap on any item from the list to be redirected to the page listing its location. Tap on the page number to see all the search results on a particular page.
Navigate to a specific page in a document
Tap on the icon with four squares to select a page you would like to open.
