Fluix turns 5!

Fluix turns 5 on November 5th! In celebration of our 5th Anniversary, let’s travel back in time to where the story of Fluix began.

2010: Readdle launched PDF Expert, which is a PDF editing app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. The consumer app attracted global companies (e.g. Coca-Cola, Boeing, and Boston Scientific), who quickly began to see the potential for a specialized version of it.

2012: Feedback from customers encouraged Readdle to work on creating a bespoke version of PDF Expert for businesses, that would allow the syncing of documents between company storage and field teams on mobile devices — they named this new product extension PDF Expert Enterprise.

2014: Readdle saw how PDF Expert Enterprise excelled in helping businesses manage document workflows and connect field and office teams, which prompted them to think about ways to offer it to a wider audience. As a result, PDF Expert Enterprise was rebranded, and Fluix was formed as a company. The rest, as they say, is history!

2019: Today, Fluix has helped 28,000 people in over 400 companies worldwide. From digitizing all manual paperwork to automating simple and complex multi-step workflows – the software has transformed the way business processes are managed. Fluix also helps companies to open the channels of communication between field and office teams, offering full operational transparency and encouraging collaboration.

We’ve celebrated some great milestones over the past 5 years, including our recent Field Productivity Meetup in Berlin on October 29th. Meeting our customers and listening to their Fluix success stories always inspires us to keep innovating.

We look forward to being part of the continued success of our customers, and we sincerely thank the people and the companies who have been part of our own success story. Here’s to the future!
