Step 1: Create the process in Fluix
Go to the Fluix admin portal and open the Taskstream section.
Create a new taskstream by dragging a User task into the workspace.
Customize it by adding fillable forms and assigning it to the team responsible.
Make sure to include yourself in the user group for testing later.
Step 2: Set up Integration in Fluix
Add a ‘Share to submit ‘action to the Taskstream chart and connect it with the User task.
Click on Share to and choose Salesforce from the list of tools. You’ll be redirected to authorize Fluix to access Salesforce.
Then, select the action to be triggered upon task completion in Fluix.
Step 3: Configure Data Extraction
For integrating Salesforce with Fluix, you’ll need your Salesforce domain name and work order number.
Find your domain name by accessing your Salesforce account settings. The work order number is automatically generated in Salesforce.
Step 4: Save and Test
Save and publish the Taskstream.
Access the user app on your mobile device or through the admin portal. Complete the task and submit it in Fluix.
Your entered data will automatically sync with the assigned work order in Salesforce.
