Inspired by the needs of our customers

It’s amazing what you hear, when you take the time to really listen. Fluix as we know it today officially launched in 2014, but we need to rewind a little farther back to understand the full story.

In 2010, our parent company, Readdle, launched PDF Expert – a document editing app for the first-ever iPad. Readdle’s consumer applications are used by more than 150 million people world-wide, so feedback is always rich with suggestions and ideas. A common thread within all of the feedback received from PDF Expert customers was that they needed a centralized document & task management solution for their employees.

By listening to our customers’ needs, we were able to develop and tailor Fluix to help companies to optimize tasks and paper-centric processes, enabling them to reinvest time saved into more meaningful projects. Our software saves our customers over 11M pages per-year, which equates to $880,000.

Fast-forward to the present: Fluix is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, and we have a team of 50 employees. Our software is utilized by companies in 40 countries, including some who have been with Fluix since its inception in 2014.
