Step 1:
Go to the Fluix admin portal and head to the Taskstreams section.
Create a new taskstream by dragging and dropping a user task.
Customize it by adding fillable forms and assigning it to your team. Ensure you’re part of the user group to test the setup later.
Step 2:
In the Taskstream chart, add a share to submit action and connect it with the user task.
Choose Procore from the list of third-party tools and authorize your Procore account by entering your login credentials.
Step 3:
Select where in Procore you want documentation submitted from this Taskstream to be stored.
Choose the folder for submission and configure dynamic values to be added to the document name.
Select the document format – editable or flattened PDF.
Step 4:
Save and publish the Taskstream configuration.
Access the user app on your mobile device or through the admin portal. Complete the task by filling in the form.
Submitted data will automatically appear in the designated Project in your Procore account under the Documents section.
