While working on a task in Fluix, Users can now select an image from the Photo Gallery, a file from an email composer, or any other app, and add it to the task. The file will be submitted along with forms in the task, and follow the workflow rules.
The feature is available on iOS devices starting from Fluix version 3.16, and Android devices – Fluix version 1.5. Read details ⇢
Two-way Integration with HubSpot
Check this out: You add your customer’s email address to a form in Fluix. Form fields are then automatically pre-filled with relevant HubSpot data. After filling out the rest of the fields, you submit the form in Fluix and it seamlessly syncs with HubSpot, automatically attaching itself to the relevant deal.

Taskstream: Conditional Logic for Submit Actions
‘Passed’? – the report goes to the cloud. “Failed”? – another round of review is required. As simple as that! Conditional logic allows you to automate decision-making throughout each process, using the values your remote team enters in form fields.
Taskstream: User Notes
No need for calls or chatting back and forth. Flow participants can now easily exchange comments right in the Fluix app while filling out forms.
Pause Sync of Templates and Company Drive
Now your app users can decide when to sync files in Templates and Company Drive. In 24 hours a reminder will be pushed to device to resume sync.
You can also pause sync for a specific root folder in the mentioned sections. Contact us at support@fluix.io to enable this feature for your account.

Here at Fluix HQ, we’re constantly working on ways to make your work life easier. In this Product update, we’re really excited to share some new features that we hope will do just that!
1. Dark Mode
A long-awaited update for those working at night or in controlled lighting environments.
2. Create a pre-filled copy or resubmit a form with new edits
A long-awaited feature is out! We’ve made it easier for users to see the difference between the forms that they want to review, correct, or create a copy of.Completed forms are opened in view-only mode, with annotations and comments left by the participants of the workflow.
Users can now choose to create a copy of a completed document, or just amend some fields and resubmit it.
3. Email & date added to handwritten signatures
We’ve added the signer’s email address next to the date and time stamp under their handwritten remote signature, the same as typed signatures.
Note: Reply to this email to enable it in your account for signatures added on device.
4. Integration with WinAir
Another exciting piece of news for our customers in the Aviation sector! The integration between Fluix and WinAir allows you to automatically create flight log entries in WinAir for different types of aircraft, based on the values that have been filled into the flight record by the cabin crew members and submitted via Fluix.

What the Fluix Android app may offer your teamLess manual work and more automation brings faster results and helps companies to make data-driven decisions. Let’s see some of the benefits the Fluix Android app brings:
1. Create a transparent process for cross-functional teams
Use an intuitive drag-and-drop diagram design to create a straightforward flow based on the steps of your business process.
Each participant in the workflow will get a clear task with fillable forms, manuals, and descriptions of the recurrent job.
Teams can work with one or more forms simultaneously, and push them down the workflow.
Set clear tasks to get predictable results.
2. PDF and web forms in one bundle
You can now add both web forms and PDFs to workflows: create a webform in Fluix Form Builder, and upload an existing PDF. Your remote teams will be able to fill in and submit both forms within one task.
Work with the formats you prefer.
3. Defined form fields
Let your team fill out only the fields you need. Assign what form fields are required, or set others as view only for each team, to ensure the form is completed as it should be.
Eliminate human error.
4. Dynamic values
Automate form naming and email text with dynamic values. The data from the chosen fields in forms will be automatically added to form names, as well as text in the Send by email action each time users finish their tasks.

Today is a very special day for our company, Fluix turns 6! It was another good year for our team and product. The time of big and small changes, successful updates, and lots of communication with you, our customers. Here’s a look back at the biggest news of our passing year.
ISO Certification
Data security has always been our top priority here at Fluix. Proving this, we are glad to introduce our most recent achievement, Fluix is now ISO 27001 certified, which underlines the fact that we keep data security at the highest possible standard!
It’s been a year since one of the biggest insurance providers in the world, Zurich Insurance, started the journey to a 100% paperless work environment for the company’s agents.
One year into this project, we’re happy to share Zurich Insurance Success Story as Fluix has been instrumental on this journey. With 100k+ documents signed & processed digitally in less than a year, Zurich Insurance is en route to their goal.
A massive update of Fluix functionality is coming! To make the workflow engine more powerful and flexible, in addition to the traditional PDF-based workflows we are working on a new way to map your business processes. Task-based workflows (TBW) will allow you to:
– Schedule and assign recurring tasks – Add a description of the job to be done – Attach documents, images, and markups – Create and change dynamic web forms easily – Assign specific fields of a form to different teams
While the functionality is at the development stage, you can make it even more advanced by telling us what you want to see in new workflows.
We are in the middle of Fall which means the efforts are doubled to close 2020 with maximum results. We are here to help you spend less time on supporting and managing your Fluix account and rather focus on achieving your goals for the year.
1. Single Sign-On (SSO)
Does your IT team spend time resolving issues with misplaced or forgotten passwords? Would you like to improve network security and prompt your team to come up with stronger passwords? Then it’s time to think of better access management, and that’s when support of single sign-on in Fluix comes into play.
What is SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is one of the authentication ways that enables users to use one set of login credentials to securely access multiple applications.
In this way you simplify and save time on password management, avoid team frustration caused by delays in entering and resetting passwords, and improve security of your data.

Do your users find it difficult to identify the needed document among the others with similar names simply because names are long? Here’s the solution from Fluix:

We keep polishing Fluix Form Builder to improve your experience while working with PDF forms. Now it’s even easier to create new templates and add fields with:
— ability to resize fields
— ability to add image fields
In addition, now you can provide your admins with access to only Form Builder in Roles.
A number of new and long-awaited changes are coming to your devices this September along with the next-generation iOS 14.
Our usual advice about Apple’s updates remains in effect for iOS 14. Our team suggests NOT to update all user devices to iOS 14 right away after becoming public since it usually takes some time to have a new and stable iOS version released.
Additionally, since your team’s devices and the Fluix app are crucial for handling day-to-day business operations, please do encourage your team to delay major updates for at least a month from the release date.
Afterwards, to ensure a smooth and stable experience, please make sure that the Fluix app is updated to version 3.2 or higher which is going to be fully compliant with the iOS 14.
At Fluix, we keep moving fast by adding new features to our app ensuring effective compliance with the updates within the Apple environment, though the changes implemented in iOS 14 will not have any direct impact on your interaction and work with the Fluix app.

“Time is money”, said Benjamin Franklin. This becomes your reality once the task is overdue or the project is delayed.
Setting up deadlines for workflow documents at any stage is one of the features within Fluix that ensures work gets completed on time.
HOW IT WORKS
1. As an admin, you define the due dates for documents at different stages of a workflow (Drafts, My Inbox, Group Inbox) and the frequency to send email notifications of overdue documents.
2. Once the date comes due, an overdue label is added to the document both on a user’s device and the admin portal and an email is sent to inform the users and admin that the task is pending.
