Big News: A Fresh New Look for the Fluix Tasks app has arrived. We launched a brand-new look for the Fluix app, reaffirming our commitment to field teams and mobile team productivity. We’re keeping the functionality you know and love, while refreshing your visual experience of our brand.

Note: Only the visual design changed; your documents, setup, and app navigation stay exactly the same.

  • New functionality – Prefill from Data Source: Sync data from your Excel into dropdown options in dynamic forms, avoiding manual work.

  • Search in Tasks: Quickly find tasks across all tabs: Recurring, Assigned, In Progress, and Finished.

  • Improved Task Sorting: Tasks in the Assigned and In Progress tabs are now automatically sorted by last modified date, so the most recent ones appear first.
