Since then, success metrics include 800k+ documents processed, 14TB of data stored in Fluix, and the implementation of Fluix at all 61 DaBella locations across the US, growing from 100 to over 1,300 Fluix users.

Digital versions of those documents in Fluix are fully trackable, including comprehensive document history and real-time document status information. This reliable audit and compliance trail provided peace-of-mind for DaBella as the company’s growth accelerated.

Scalability Across Multiple Locations

Workflows in Fluix can be duplicated and easily edited to allow each of DaBella’s locations to have their own custom setup. Sales contracts can be tailored to individual state requirements. Fluix also offers a dynamic pricing model which allows DaBella to sign a high volume of documents without an individual charge per-document, as well as adding and removing users on a pro-rata basis.
