Analyze your inspection data in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot

Fluix MCP connects your inspection forms, checklists, and audit records to an AI assistant you already use. Ask a question in plain language – get answers from live field data.

Start here

What is Fluix MCP

Fluix MCP lets you connect your Fluix account to an AI assistant like Claude or Microsoft Copliot and then just ask. “Which inspections failed last month?” “What is overdue right now and who owns it?” “How many pre use checks are still waiting on a supervisor signature?” You get answers in seconds, in plain language, drawn straight from your live Fluix data.

Answers come back in seconds, in plain language, drawn straight from your live Fluix data. No export, no pivot table, no ticket to whoever owns the BI dashboard.

A skill is what makes those answers consistent. It’s a short instruction file that teaches the assistant how one job should be done against your data – which records to pull, what to compare, what to flag, and how to lay the answer out. Save it once and the method stays the same every week you ask.

Fluix Integration with MCP in general

After this, every skill in the library works the same way

Three steps, once

Step 01

Connect

Add the Fluix MCP server to your assistant and sign with your Fluix account. Your existing role and permissions carry over as-is.

Step 02

Save Skill

Download any Skill.md below and drop it into Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT. Plain markdown – no code, no admin approval, no deployment.

Step 03

Ask

Type the question the way you’d say it out loud. The skill handles the method, you read the answer and act on it.

9 skills, organized by use case.

Click any skill to open its workflow, then download it as a SKILL.md file for Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible assistant. Built for Fluix admins, and useful for anyone who reads a Fluix report on Monday morning.

01

See what’s happening

You have the data. These turn it into something you can read in one pass.

Smart Dashboards

You’re the one people come to when someone wants the numbers from the inspection report. Point this at any Fluix report or dataset and it reads the schema before it charts anything, works out what kind of process it’s looking at, and builds the breakdown that data actually supports status splits, volumes over time, sites side by side with the outliers written out in plain language next to each visual. No export, no pivot table, no chart types to choose.

Pulse Digests

The status question you answer by hand every Monday. Pick a period – day, week, month, or your own range and it compares that window against the one before it, then writes the same five parts every time: headline cards, top issues, what changed, what needs attention, and how far to trust the sample. Same shape every run, so after the first read you already know where to look.

Benchmark

Sites, crews, assignees, assets or work types side by side on one metric, measured against the pooled account average pooled, not an unweighted mean, so a site with five records doesn’t drag the number around. Then a second pass compares each group against its own recent history, which is how you tell a long-standing gap from something that only started slipping last month. Name two dimensions and it runs both, then says whether the same pattern spans them.

02

Decide what to act on

Everything is open. These three tell you which part of it needs you.

Priority Focus

Most of the open report can wait. This scans open items only and flags one when something concrete earns it: a High severity value, a passed due date, a filled blocker field, or a mismatch where the logged condition is serious but the required action is mild. You get five to eight items, each carrying the field and value that put it on the list and a suggested next step. Nothing is ranked on a feeling.

Recurring Issues

The checklist items and defect categories that keep coming back, counted across every inspection in the window instead of read one record at a time. For each one it says whether the failure is concentrated on a single unit that’s a repair or spread across many units of the same type, which points at the model or the form. Where your forms carry both a checklist and an issue category, it counts both and reports the gap: how many checklist flags never got logged as an issue at all.

Risk Check

Late, about to be late, and quietly stale, sorted into three tiers so work in reports with no due-date field doesn’t fall through the gap. Those get judged against how long comparable items normally sit, not an invented threshold. Every flagged item comes with its likely blocker: waiting on a signature, parked at an approval step, or plain inactivity. And when the person holding it is also carrying more than their peers, it says so and names someone with room.

03

Make it hold up

Check the evidence, find what’s breaking the process, and fix it before someone asks.

Data Integrity Check

You own the forms, so you’re the one who finds out the photo field has been empty since March. This checks required fields, photos and signatures against records that have actually reached that stage a half-finished inspection isn’t a gap. It catches records that contradict themselves, like condition “needs replacement” sitting next to approved-for-use “yes,” flags placeholder values, and spots the same report running two template versions with different fields populated.

Bottleneck Finder

Two modes. Point it at one workflow and it computes how long each step actually takes, shows what’s piled up at that step right now, and audits the form itself fields nobody fills, free text that should have been a dropdown, duplicate fields, evidence fields meant to be conditional that fire at the same rate regardless. Point it at “which forms” and it ranks every report by completeness against the weighted account average and names the dominant gap in each. Fixes come back ranked by impact against effort, with the evidence behind both labels.

Audit Pack

Give it a date range or a site and back comes the bundle: every record in scope with its key fields, signature status, photo count and step timestamps, in a table that doesn’t truncate. The completeness check runs underneath it, and any gap is stated on the front of the pack rather than left to be found a pack that hides a problem is worse than no pack. Say it’s going to a customer or a regulator and assignee names and internal notes come out.

Access Control

Read-only by default

Every skill in this library queries and reports. Nothing in your account changes unless you explicitly grant write access.

Your permissions apply

The assistant sees exactly what your Fluix role sees — same workflows, same groups, same documents. Not one record more.

The audit trial stays intact

Queries run against the same event log your admins already review. Access through MCP is logged like any other access.

You choose the assistant

Bring the AI tool your organisation has already approved. Fluix doesn’t add a new vendor to your data-processing register.
