This Privacy Notice applies in connection with the “A Very H&S Christmas” Giveaway (“Giveaway“) and explains what personal data Fluix Limited, with the address at Glandore Business Centres 26-27, Fitzwilliam Place, Fitzwilliam Hall, Dublin 2, D02 T292, Ireland (“Fluix”), collects, stores, processes, and uses as a controller. This means that Fluix determines the purposes and means of processing personal data as described below.

We process the data for the described purposes for up to two (2) months after the announcement of the winner or until you unsubscribe from the marketing communications, whichever occurs later. The winner’s data may be processed further up to six (6) years, considering retention requirements for financial documents and general statutory limitations in Ireland.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
We may share certain personal data with Fluix affiliates and the third parties performing services for us (for example, delivery services). To obtain the full list of our processors, you may contact us as described in the “Your Data Subject Rights” section.
We may also be obliged to transfer some of your data to law enforcement bodies and other public authorities to comply with a government request, court order, or applicable law, to protect against claims by third parties, or to help prevent or investigate fraud.

To ensure compliance with the GDPR and protect your data, such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or the Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented with additional technical and organizational data protection safeguards.
