You can review the time users spend on tasks through the Activity Status section in your Admin Panel.
Steps to check task completion time:
- Go to your Admin Panel and open the Activity Status section under Progress & Results.
- Locate the task and check the box next to it.
- Click Show Details.
- On the next screen, you’ll see:
- A list of tasks from your Taskstream.
- Detailed user data, including the time spent on each task.
This allows you to analyze task completion times and monitor team efficiency.

If a process in Fluix fails, the Submit action where the issue occurred will be highlighted in red with a label Faled in the Activity Status.
To check the details of the respective process:
- Go to the Activity Status section.
- Locate the process marked as Failed and click the checkmark next to it.
- Select Show Details to access:
- The task’s history.
- Forms submitted within the task (available for download).
- Insights to troubleshoot or take necessary actions.

You can easily track user progress through the Activity Status section in the Progress & Results tab.
It is also tailored to provide a comprehensive overview of the current state of data flow in your Fluix account.
- Go to the Activity Status section under Progress & Results.
- Use the search functionality to filter tasks based on various parameters, such as:
- Assignee
- Task Status
- Condition
- And more.
Additionally, you can refine your search by selecting a specific time period to focus on tasks within that timeframe.
This feature helps you keep track of assignments and stay updated on task completion statuses.
