Introducing Dashboards, & New Chart Types — April 27 – May 4
Fluix Tasks
Introducing Dashboards
What was Activity Status is now Dashboards — a real-time operations intelligence hub built directly into Fluix. See workflow health, team performance, and key KPIs the moment they change — and act on them faster.

With Dashboards, you can:
- Build custom charts from any process or form data across your operations
- Benchmark performance by comparing results across teams, sites, and locations
- Connect the dots between form responses and workflow outcomes to identify what’s actually driving results
Share any Dashboard with teammates, stakeholders, or clients via a live link that always reflects current data. To get started, navigate to Admin Portal → Dashboard.
New Chart Types: Line & Bar Charts
In addition to column charts, you can now build Line and Bar charts — giving you more flexibility to present data in the format that makes analysis clearest.
- Line charts — ideal for tracking trends over time (e.g., inspections per week, average resolution time by month)
- Bar charts — ideal for comparing categories with longer labels (e.g., incidents by site, inspection count per technician)

Image extraction to storage, conditional routing for Issue Reports, and Breakdown in Charts - April 13th - 20th
Fluix Tasks
Option to Extract Images from forms to Storage
The images can be automatically extracted from forms and stored alongside the form, simplifying photo review and subsequent reporting. The option is configured in workflow builder, in the Upload to Storage action.
Issue Reports are now supported in Conditional Routing
Now you can configure the conditional routing for Issue Reports based on dynamic values.
e.g. if the issue is found, then the report will be passed to the contractor group.
Breakdown in Charts
You can now split chart data by an additional category to see what’s really driving the numbers. This makes it much easier to move from a high-level view to actual insights without creating multiple separate charts.

April 10th, 2026, V. 4.9 - Two-factor authentication (2FA) by emailÂ
For improved account security, Fluix Docs now supports two-factor authentication by email.
When this option is enabled by your Fluix admin, you’ll need to confirm your sign-in with a one-time code sent to your email, in addition to your usual login details.

You can now crop image annotations – easily fine-tune your photos right in the app by cropping them exactly how you need before submitting.

If you need to keep your screen on while working in the field, you can now do it directly in the Fluix Docs app without interruptions.

If you need help getting started, please email us at support@fluix.io.
