Fluix Tasks

See exactly how your team is performing in the visuals

Introducing task-level data in Charts. Charts now go down to the task level by:

  • Tasks completed per person,
  • Duration by assignee,
  • Who’s carrying the most right now?

With this data, you do not need to dig through task lists to answer “who’s overloaded this week.”

Deleted a workflow or group by mistake? You don’t need us anymore

(…but we are still very happy to assist you with any questions you may have:))

Admins can now restore a deleted workflow or group themselves without contacting the Fluix Support team.

Your PDF forms will now have one location

Add a PDF to a workflow, and it automatically appears in your Forms library (one PDF version, one place). Rename or swap it, and it updates everywhere it’s used.

If you have questions on any functionality or would like to test it, please email us at support@fluix.io.

V. 2.9 - Three ways to move faster through your forms: live progress tracking, auto-saved photos, and automatic numbering

See exactly what’s left before you submit

As you fill out a dynamic form, you’ll now see a completion bar, broken down by section and as an overall total. This way, you can easily track what’s done and know what still needs your attention. With such progress tracking, you do not need to scroll back to double-check if you missed something.

Keep your own copy of every photo, automatically

Photos you take or add to a form can now be auto-saved straight to your phone’s gallery. You get your own record of the work, and you can share an image by text, email, or any app without going back into the form. Enabled in your account Settings, the auto-save option is under your control; no admin setup needed. Check the how-to tutorial in our Help Center.

Let your numbers fill themselves in

If your work runs on sequential numbers, like report IDs, inspection numbers, or reference codes, these can now populate automatically the moment you start a new form. You’ll have the number in hand from the start, with no manual typing, no accidental duplicates, and consistent numbering across the whole team. Your admin sets this up once; after that, it just works for you in the field.
