- Creating forms just got a whole lot faster! Fluix now lets you generate ready-to-use forms using AI! No manual field-by-field setup required.
- Whether you’re digitizing a paper inspection checklist, a safety audit, or a site report, you can now:
- Type a prompt describing the form you need (e.g., “Create a daily equipment inspection form for heavy machinery”)
- Upload an existing PDF and let AI convert it into a fully structured Fluix form
- Browse predefined prompts in the “See More” section for common field workflows
- Note: Current allowance is 50 form generations per day per company.
- Cleaner Dashboard Filters, Easier to Configure
- Finding the right data in your Dashboards is now more straightforward. This release brings a refreshed filter interface with a clearer visual structure and labeling — so it’s easier to see which filters are active and how to adjust them.
- This is the first step in a broader set of improvements. Later this month, you’ll also be able to filter dashboards by specific form field values, giving teams even finer control over the data they see.

- Jump to Any Section in Long Dynamic Forms
- A new Table of Contents is now available inside dynamic forms on the web, letting users jump directly to any section without scrolling through the entire document.
- Especially useful for multi-section forms such as safety inspections, equipment commissioning checklists, or site walkthrough reports, where quickly getting to the right section makes a real difference.
