New Weekly View in Scheduling & Sharing options in Fluix Tasks – April 7 – April 14

Fluix Tasks:

• Weekly View for Scheduled Processes: You can now see all your planned events and schedule upcoming tasks with ease in the new Weekly View in the Scheduling section.

• Clear roles, safer collaboration. We’ve introduced Advanced Permissions in the Admin Portal to give your team better control over Taskstreams and Reports.
  
  • When an admin creates a Taskstream or Report, they’re now automatically set as its owner.
  • Owners can choose to share access in View or Edit mode — keeping your processes streamlined and secure.

• Smarter Form Management in Taskstreams: When adding forms to a Taskstream, you’ll now see a dropdown of forms already included — helping you easily avoid re-adding the same form by mistake.
