Can I customize the name of the task a user is working on?
Yes, you can customize task names using the Dynamic Values functionality. This allows you to configure the specific workflow setup to automatically add certain system data (e.g., task performer email, date) or data from the form (e.g. customer email, location, date) to the name of the task your users will be working on.
Steps to set up custom naming:
1. While creating a workflow, click on the task where you want to configure custom naming.
2. In the Task Details, click the Configuration icon.
3. In the Input Configurator that appears:
- Select the required form.
- Choose the fields whose values you want to include in the task name.
4. Save the changes to apply the configuration.
This setup ensures personalized and dynamic task names for your users.
