Copying Files to Fluix

File transfer using iTunes

To transfer files using iTunes, connect your iPad to a computer via the USB port and open iTunes. Click on the device name, which can be found in the left column of iTunes. Then, click on the Apps section and scroll to the very bottom. You will find Fluix in the File Sharing section.

You can then drag and drop files into the Fluix documents list or click ‘Add’ to use the file selection dialog.

Saving attachments from Mail and other iPad apps

You can save attachments from the iPad’s Mail app to Fluix by using the iPad’s Open In function by:

  • Open the email in the iPad’s Mail app.
  • Tap and hold the attachment.
  • Tap ‘Open In’ button and select Fluix from the list.

To save documents from other applications to Fluix, use the iPad’s Open In function by tapping ‘Actions’ in the appropriate application and select ‘Open In’ in the pop-up. The documents opened in this way will be available in Fluix under Documents tab.
